The item I want is out of stock. What can I do?

If the item you are looking for is out of stock, please give us a call or email and we will check our other stores and/or warehouse. We may also be able to order the product you are after directly from the supplier.

How do I know if you carry a certain brand?

You can view all the brands that we stock on our brands page. Alternatively you can either type the brand name into the search toolbar to view the available items from that brand, or filter by a particular brand on any of the category pages.

Can I view the product before purchasing?

Yes. We have four physical store locations; Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Deer Park. Please contact the individual store to ensure that we have the item you are wanting to view in stock.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes. You can purchase an e-Gift Cards from our website. e-Gift Cards will be sent as an electronic store credit. If you would like to forward the e-Gift Card directly to someone else, you simply enter the recipient’s details on the checkout page. You can also purchase gift cards in person at one of our stores.

Do I need to have an account to use a e-Gift Card?

No. You do not need an account to use a e-Gift Card.

I have lost my e-Gift Card email. Can I view my e-Gift Card?

If you have created an account, you can log in and view or e-Gift Cards from your Orders. Alternatively, you can contact us on +923006318813 to receive your e-Gift Card details.


What is your returns policy?

We will offer a refund / exchange on most products purchased at MMA Fight Store, either online or in-store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 14 days. Conditions apply.

Are there any items excluded from the returns policy?

No. However, items that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to you. Returns outside of the 14 day time frame may be accepted at our discretion and will only be refunded as a store credit.

What if the item is faulty?

We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact us so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible.

What if I don't have the original packaging?

If you are missing the original packaging, please use a similar sized plastic delivery satchel. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for safely packing your return so we receive the items in their original condition.

Can I return sale items?

Yes, you can return sale items unless stated otherwise (subject to the Consumer Law).

What if the item I received is not what I ordered?

Please contact us so we can arrange for the correct item to be delivered. Return postage will be covered by us.

How will I be refunded?

We can either provide a refund to your same payment method or supply a store credit to be used in-store or online.

How do I return/exchange an item?

All items purchased online or in-store can be returned or exchanged either at one of our stores or via post. If a refunded/exchange is due to you changing your mind, postage costs are your responsibility. If you have provided your contact details as apart of our product warranty process, an original MMA Fight Store tax invoice, copy tax invoice, or delivery docket may not be required at our discretion. How do I know that my order has been successful?

You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address that you specified at checkout. Please check your ‘junk’ folder the email does not appear in your inbox.

Can I change my order after purchasing?

You will need to contact us directly by phone +923006318813 or in person in order to change your purchase. Please ensure you have your Order Number when contacting us.

How do I use my e-Gift Card?

When purchasing an e-Gift Card, you will receive an email containing a store credit code. You simply either click on the store credit link within the email to automatically apply the credit to your shopping cart or you can type in the store credit code into the Coupon Code box on the checkout page.


Are your prices in American Dollars (USD)?

Yes, all pricing is in American Dollars.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes, our prices are inclusive of GST. We offer the same prices to Australia and New Zealand customers. However, New Zealand customers may incur customs charges and duties charged by the NZ Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination port. These fees must be paid by the recipient directly to the NZ Customs Service or its authorized service provider. MMA Fight Store is not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these charge.

How do I know that it is safe to shop on your website?

Our payment system has a 128-bit SSL security encryption certification awarded by GeoTrust. Also, you can see the transaction is secure if you see a key lock on your web browser.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and PayPal.


How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver your purchase to you as quickly as possible wherever you are in Australia. We aim to ship all items on the same day as ordered with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 24 hours. The processing of orders and delivers are conducted during business hours (9am-5pm) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You can view our estimated delivery times here.

Where is my order shipped from?

We have multiple locations around Australia and your order may be packed and shipped from any one of them dependent on stock availability. Please contact us directly if you have an urgent delivery time frame and we will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free shipping on orders totaling over $150 (excluding New Zealand). Free shipping orders are sent via Standard Delivery time frames. We also offer two delivery costs within Australia; standard $7.50 (orders under $150) and express $12.00, and a flat rate of $25.00 to New Zealand.

How can I track my order?

Once your purchase has been processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking code and link. You can check the status of your order via My Account (only if you opted to create an account at checkout).

How do I change my delivery address after my order?

We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed as long as your order has not been shipped. You can check the status of your order via My Account (only if you opted to create an account at checkout).
